Whip up our quick and delicious pesto pasta in just 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 350g spaghetti
  • 135g (1/2 cup) bought basil pesto
  • 300g smoked chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 x 250g punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 30g (1/2 cup) finely grated parmesan
Instructions:
  • Boil the pasta in a generous amount of salted water until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and place back in the pan.
  • Combine the pesto, chicken, and tomato with the pasta, gently tossing until everything is well mixed. Heat over low heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through. Finish by adding the parmesan and tossing to combine.
  • Serve the pasta mixture in individual bowls.
