Sparkling limoncello slushie

Create a refreshing Limoncello spritz with sorbet for a perfect sunset toast.
Ingredients:
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) limoncello liqueur
  • 6 scoops lemon sorbet
  • 1 x 750ml btl sparkling white wine, chilled
Instructions:
  • Pour the limoncello evenly into 6 champagne flutes.
  • Place a generous scoop of lemon sorbet on top of each flute.
  • Pour the sparkling wine into the champagne flutes and serve right away.
