Indulge in the Italian sunshine with a bubbly Limoncello sorbet toast at sunset.
Ingredients:
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) limoncello liqueur
  • 6 scoops lemon sorbet
  • 1 x 750ml btl sparkling white wine, chilled
Instructions:
  • Pour the limoncello evenly into 6 elegant champagne flutes.
  • Add a generous scoop of refreshing lemon sorbet to each flute.
  • Pour the sparkling wine into the champagne flutes and serve right away.
