Elevate your stew game with hearty lentils, tender chicken, and roasted veggies.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch strips
  • 10 Brussels sprouts, cut in half
  • 2 cans (19 oz each) Progresso™ Vegetable Classics lentil soup
  • 1 cup baby-cut carrot
  • 1 cup garlic-flavored bagel chips or croutons, if desired
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven, except for the bagel chips.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer uncovered for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. Serve each portion with a sprinkle of bagel chips on top.
