Kid-friendly sausage salad - a fun twist on a classic dish!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pkt Garlic & Herb Beef Sausages
  • 2 x 400g cans brown lentils, rinsed, drained
  • 250g cooked baby beetroot, cut into wedges
  • 125.00 ml Marinated Danish Fetta, drained reserving marinade
  • 60g pkt Baby Spinach
Instructions:
  • Preheat a greased frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the sausages, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 8 minutes. Cut them in half diagonally.
  • Assemble the lentils, beetroot, feta, and spinach on a platter with the sausage. Drizzle with 1/4 cup (60ml) of the reserved marinade, season, and serve.
