Try these quick and delicious sausage, pepper, onion, egg, and Cheddar burritos for a speedy and satisfying breakfast on the run!
Ingredients:
  • 4 links breakfast pork sausage, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 0.5 cup red pepper strips
  • 0.5 cup green pepper strips
  • 0.5 red onion, sliced
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 4 (8 inch) whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
Instructions:
  • Sear sausage, bell peppers, and onion in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until sausage is fully cooked and veggies are still slightly crunchy, about 4 to 5 minutes. Transfer from the skillet.
  • Cook eggs in a skillet over medium heat until set, stirring occasionally for about 2 minutes. Mix in sausage mixture and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  • Place a generous spoonful of the mixture onto each tortilla. Fold the opposite sides of the tortilla toward the center, then roll it up tightly burrito-style.
