Whip up quick spaghetti and meatballs for a speedy and delicious meal!
Ingredients:
  • 420g classic beef meatballs
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 420g jar cherry tomato & basil sauce
  • 62.50 gm water
  • 350g dried spaghetti pasta
  • 100g baby spinach leaves
  • 40g parmesan, shaved
Instructions:
  • Divide each meatball in half and reshape into smaller meatballs. In a large, deep frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook the meatballs for about 5 minutes, occasionally shaking the pan, until they are browned.
  • Combine the pasta sauce and water in the pot and bring it to a gentle simmer. Allow the mixture to cook for about 5 minutes or until the meatballs are fully cooked.
  • Cook the spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain well.
  • Combine the spaghetti and spinach with the meatball mixture, toss well. Serve garnished with parmesan.
