Garlic-infused buttery mushrooms - a versatile dish, great with steak or on toast.
Ingredients:
  • 25g butter
  • 36.40 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 250g button mushrooms
  • 250g cup mushrooms
  • 2 tsp finely chopped fresh tarragon
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 25g goat’s cheese, crumbled
Instructions:
  • In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, heat the butter and oil until bubbling. Add the mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden and tender.
  • Sprinkle in aromatic tarragon, garlic, and zesty lemon. Stir and cook for 30 seconds until the delightful aroma fills the air. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Finish by sprinkling with creamy goat’s cheese before serving.
