A quick and delicious homemade pizza crust perfect for your favorite toppings by 'TheTeaDrinker'.
Ingredients:
  • 500g (3 1/3 cups) spelt flour
  • 20.00 gm baking powder
  • 1.20 gm salt
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 250ml water
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 240C. In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and salt, then create a well in the center. Pour in the oil and just enough water to create a soft dough. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead gently for 1 minute.
  • Divide dough into 4 equal portions and shape each into a 22cm round. Place the bases on lightly greased pizza trays, add your favorite toppings, then bake for 8-10 minutes until done.
