Irresistible pre-dinner snack to impress guests.
Ingredients:
  • 42.90 gm honey
  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  • 10.00 gm paprika
  • 2.40 gm salt flakes
  • 250.00 ml almond kernels
  • 250.00 ml unsalted cashew nuts
  • 250.00 ml unsalted macadamia nuts
  • 250.00 ml brazil nuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C and prepare a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
  • In a small frying pan over low heat, melt honey with olive oil, garlic, chili powder, paprika, and salt flakes, stirring until mixture is well combined.
  • Pour the honey mixture into a large bowl. Add the nuts and stir until they're completely coated with the spice mixture.
  • Spread the nut mixture evenly on the baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes, flipping occasionally. Let it cool completely before serving.
