Spiced nuts and pretzels make the ultimate party mix!
Ingredients:
  • 5.00 gm smoked paprika
  • 2.50 gm ground cumin
  • 1.20 gm sea salt flakes
  • 40.00 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 500.00 ml mini pretzels
  • 187.50 ml raw unsalted cashews
  • 125.00 ml unsalted peanuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180C/160C fan-forced, then line a large baking tray with baking paper.
  • Mix together paprika, cumin, and salt flakes in a small bowl.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring for 2 to 3 minutes. Mix in vinegar and cook for 30 seconds. Remove from heat, stir in spice mixture, then pour into a large heatproof bowl. Add pretzels and nuts, toss to coat.
  • Spread the pretzel mixture onto the prepared tray and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden. Allow it to cool completely before serving.
