Avocado slices drizzled with zesty lemon juice and spicy hot sauce, perfect for a healthy, on-the-go snack that is vegan and paleo-friendly.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup ripe avocado, halved and pitted
  • 0.5 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce (such as Valentina®), or to taste
  • 2 pinches kosher salt
Instructions:
  • Cut each avocado half into a crosshatch pattern to create 8 to 12 small avocado cubes while keeping them attached to the peel.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the avocados and sprinkle with kosher salt. Add a dash of hot sauce on top before enjoying with a fork or spoon.
