Try these sticky, spicy balsamic-glazed wings for a delicious twist on a classic favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds party chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoon salt, divided
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 0.25 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 medium green onion, chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) while lining a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange wings on the prepared baking sheet and gently season with 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
  • After baking in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, flip the wings with tongs, sprinkle remaining salt on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  • In a saucepan, combine water, vinegar, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha. Bring to a boil, then simmer until the sauce thickens, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Place the wings in a spacious bowl and drizzle the sauce on top. Mix until evenly coated.
  • Position the oven rack 6 inches below the broiler and preheat on high. Place a wire cooling rack on a baking sheet and layer the wings on top.
  • Broil wings until golden and crispy, approximately 5 minutes. Top with freshly chopped green onion.
