Spicy bean dip with black beans, corn, and black-eyed peas adds a flavorful twist to classic salsa.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black-eyed peas
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 0.5 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced jalapeno peppers
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 cup Italian-style salad dressing
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix peas, beans, corn, tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, jalapeños, and garlic salt. Add salad dressing and stir until fully combined. Refrigerate covered for 8 hours to overnight for flavors to meld.
