Tender baked chicken marinated in tangy buttermilk and Buffalo wing sauce for maximum flavor and juiciness.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 cups Buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank's®)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Instructions:
  • In a shallow bowl, combine buttermilk, Buffalo sauce, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Transfer the chicken along with the flavorful marinade into the baking dish that you have ready.
  • Roast in the oven until clear juices flow, approximately 40 minutes. Use an instant-read thermometer in the middle; it should register a minimum of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
