Spicy twist on Buffalo chicken dip with chile-garlic sauce, blue cheese dressing, and ranch mix for a flavorful party appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 0.25 sweet onion, cut into small dice
  • 1 stalk celery, cut into small dice
  • 1 (5 ounce) can chicken chunks, shredded
  • 0.5 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 0.25 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 0.25 cup chicken broth
  • 0.25 (1 pound) package processed cheese food (such as Velveeta®), cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons blue cheese salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon chile-garlic sauce (such as Sriracha®), or more to taste
  • 0.5 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
  • 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, sauté sweet onion and celery in olive oil until translucent, for about 5 to 7 minutes. Next, add chicken, granulated garlic, and seasoned salt. Cook until the chicken is warmed through, approximately 3 minutes.
  • Combine creamy cream cheese, savory chicken broth, and velvety processed cheese food with the delicious chicken mixture. Simmer on low heat, cover the saucepan, and let the cheeses melt beautifully for approximately 5 minutes.
  • Mix blue cheese salad dressing, chile-garlic sauce, and ranch dressing mix into the cheese mixture and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until heated through. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the mixture and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes until melted.
