Spicy edamame stir-fry with oyster sauce, sesame seeds, sriracha, and cider vinegar.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen shelled edamame
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or to taste
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat a saute pan over high heat. Combine edamame, sesame oil, vinegar, oyster sauce, sriracha sauce, and sesame seeds in the pan. Stir constantly until the sauce evenly coats the pods, for 3 to 5 minutes. Allow it to cool for 5 minutes. Finish by sprinkling with red pepper flakes before serving.
