Instant Pot® edamame with spicy homemade sauce; a quick and easy appetizer ready in just 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen edamame in the pod
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
Instructions:
  • In a multi-functional pressure cooker (like the Instant Pot®), add edamame and water. Seal the lid, set to high pressure for 0 minutes, and wait 10 minutes for pressure to build.
  • In a small bowl, vigorously blend sesame oil, Sriracha, garlic, and soy sauce until the mixture is silky and well-combined.
  • Carefully quick-release pressure following the manufacturer's instructions for about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid, then drain the edamame and toss them in the spicy sauce.
