Spicy Cajun tilapia tacos with jalapenos, salsa, and crisp lettuce.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (4 ounce) tilapia fillets
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, or to taste
  • 6 (8 inch) flour tortillas, warmed
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup shredded lettuce
  • 0.25 cup salsa
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and prepare a rimmed baking sheet by greasing it or lining it with foil.
  • After rinsing the tilapia and patting it dry, generously coat all sides with aromatic Cajun seasoning before carefully placing it on the baking sheet.
  • Cook the fish in the preheated oven until it easily flakes with a fork, approximately 20 minutes. Then, cut it into bite-sized chunks.
  • Fill tortillas with a flavorful mix of onions, jalapenos, lettuce, and salsa to create delicious tacos.
