Grilled Spicy Shrimp: A quick twist on a classic favorite.
Ingredients:
  • Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Aluminum Foil
  • 0.25 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 teaspoons seafood seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound medium raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
Instructions:
  • Mix together zesty lemon juice, savory Worcestershire sauce, flavorful seafood seasoning, tangy lemon pepper, aromatic basil, and pungent garlic. Slowly pour in oil while stirring until a thick dressing forms. Set aside half for basting. Add shrimp to the remaining marinade and toss to coat beautifully. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. Before cooking, drain shrimp and dispose of the marinade.
  • Preheat grill to a sizzling 400-450 degrees F. Score Reynolds Wrap® Nonstick Aluminum Foil and lay it on the grill with the nonstick side facing the shrimp. Prep shrimp on top.
  • Grill the shrimp for 4 to 6 minutes uncovered, turning once and basting with reserved marinade, until they are firm and pink.
  • Unwrap the shrimp from the foil and let the delicious juices cool down before disposing of the foil.
