Spicy Hawaiian slow cooker chicken marinated in bulgogi sauce, gochujang, and pineapple juice.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple tidbits with juice
  • 1 (10 ounce) bottle Korean bulgogi marinade
  • 0.5 cup gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste), or to taste
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded carrots
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded broccoli stalks
  • 0.5 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions:
  • Combine chicken, onions, pineapple, bulgogi marinade, and gochujang in a slow cooker.
  • Cook on High for 3 hours to develop deep flavors and tender textures.
  • Combine the shredded carrots and broccoli in the slow cooker and let them cook for an additional hour.
  • Add fresh cilantro to the pot and let the flavors meld for an extra 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
