Whip up delicious homemade breakfast sausage with ground pork and seasonings, then air fry for 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon rubbed sage
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions:
  • Preheat your air fryer to a sizzling 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, blend together ground pork, sea salt, sage, red pepper, marjoram, onion powder, pepper, and thyme until well combined. Shape the mixture into 8 patties.
  • Place four juicy, seasoned patties in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes. Flip them over tenderly and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Then, transfer the perfectly cooked patties to a plate lined with paper towels. Repeat this mouth-watering process with the rest of the patties.
