A flavorful side dish bursting with spicy, sweet, and sour flavors. Perfect for BBQs or Asian cuisine.
Ingredients:
  • 4 medium mangos - peeled, seeded, and cubed
  • 0.25 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons chopped shallots
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Put mango cubes in a serving bowl. Combine lime juice, olive oil, red pepper flakes, cilantro, shallots, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix briefly, then pour over the mango. Stir to coat, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving to blend flavors.
