Elevate your Christmas dinner with a beloved twist on a classic starter from Taste.com.au members.
Ingredients:
  • 300g mayonnaise
  • 44.00 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • 20.80 gm tomato sauce (ketchup)
  • Juice of 1 lime, plus wedges to serve
  • 2 mukrat lime leaves, finely shredded
  • 1/2 iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 3 avocados, flesh diced
  • 32 cooked prawns, peeled, deveined
Instructions:
  • In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, tomato sauce, lime juice, and half of the lime leaves. Set the mixture aside.
  • Plate the lettuce, then generously arrange the avocado and prawns on top. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and garnish with the remaining lime leaves. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
