Impress your guests with a modern take on a classic Christmas appetizer from Taste.com.au members.
Ingredients:
  • 300g mayonnaise
  • 44.00 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • 20.80 gm tomato sauce (ketchup)
  • Juice of 1 lime, plus wedges to serve
  • 2 mukrat lime leaves, finely shredded
  • 1/2 iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 3 avocados, flesh diced
  • 32 cooked prawns, peeled, deveined
Instructions:
  • In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, tomato sauce, lime juice, and half of the lime leaves. Keep it aside.
  • Arrange lettuce on serving plates, layer with avocado and prawns, then generously drizzle with dressing. Garnish with extra lime leaves and serve with lime wedges on the side.
