Spicy Rosemary Spaghetti

Spice up your dish with chili-infused oil and the convenience of Muir Glen organic diced tomatoes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (1 lb) spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 2 tablespoons chile-flavored olive oil
  • 2 cans (14.5 oz each) Muir Glen™ organic diced tomatoes, undrained
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs, if desired
Instructions:
  • Prepare spaghetti according to the package instructions, then drain.
  • In a large skillet, sauté chopped rosemary and garlic in oil over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring often. Add tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat to low and simmer for another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Combine the cooked spaghetti with the tomato sauce in a skillet, toss until well mixed. Serve right away and top with fresh rosemary sprigs.
