Zesty Mexican salsa bursting with fresh tomatoes, cilantro, onion, and peppers - perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients:
  • 6 Roma tomatoes
  • 3 serrano peppers
  • 2 jalapeno peppers
  • 0.25 white onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves, or to taste
  • salt to taste
Instructions:
  • Prepare the tomatoes and peppers by removing the stems. Place them in a pot of boiling water and cook for 15 minutes without covering. Drain the water carefully and set aside.
  • Chop onion and add it to a blender along with boiled vegetables, cilantro, and salt. Blend until smooth or reach desired texture.
