Spicy steak fries with bold cayenne kick and irresistibly crispy exterior and fluffy insides.
Ingredients:
  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for the perfect bake.
  • Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise, then slice each half into thinner wedges.
  • Toss wedges with oil, cayenne, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until evenly coated. Spread out in a single layer in a large baking dish, ensuring fries are not overlapping.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown, flipping halfway through, for 30 to 45 minutes.
