Delicious pork medallion stir-fry ready in just 25 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 18.20 gm peanut oil
  • 400g pork medallions, cut into strips
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed, cut into 5cm lengths
  • 200g green beans, trimmed, halved
  • 100g snow peas, trimmed
  • 76.25 gm oyster sauce
  • 20.80 gm mild chilli sauce
  • Cooked hokkien noodles, to serve
  • Mild chilli sauce, to serve
Instructions:
  • Begin by warming up the oil in a wok over high heat. Next, sauté the pork until nearly cooked, typically taking 3 to 4 minutes. Introduce the garlic, asparagus, beans, and snow peas into the wok. Stir-fry the ingredients for an additional minute.
  • Incorporate oyster sauce, chili sauce, and 1/4 cup cold water into the stir-fry. Cook until vegetables are tender, then add noodles and mix well. Serve hot.
