Spicy tuna with mint and garlic yoghurt sauce

Spicy fish paired with refreshing mint and garlic yogurt for a gourmet delight.
Ingredients:
  • 82.50 ml ground coriander
  • 5.00 gm smoked paprika
  • 5.00 gm ground cumin
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 6 x 200g pieces fresh tuna
  • Lemon halves, to serve
  • 250.00 ml Greek-style yoghurt
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, grated and strained
  • 62.50 ml mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 lemon, grated, juiced
Instructions:
  • Mix coriander, paprika, cumin, and chili on a plate. Lightly spray tuna on both sides with cooking oil spray, then coat with the spice mixture.
  • Make the Yoghurt sauce by mixing all ingredients in a bowl and allowing the flavors to develop. Preheat a barbecue or char-grill on medium.
  • Sear tuna for 3-4 minutes on each side until perfectly cooked. Drizzle with yoghurt sauce and plate with fresh baby spinach and a squeeze of lemon.
