Colorful and nutritious coleslaw made with spinach and red bell pepper for added flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups coleslaw blend (from 1-lb bag)
  • 2 cups torn fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup thin bite-size strips red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup light ranch salad dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
Instructions:
  • Combine all the salad ingredients in a large bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
