Spinach and pine nut pizza

Elevate your vegetarian pizza with gourmet toppings for a delightful flavor experience.
Ingredients:
  • 1 quantity pizza dough (see Notes & related recipe)
  • 300g baby spinach leaves, washed
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 40.00 ml pine nuts
  • 125.00 ml pitted black olives
  • 500.00 ml grated mozzarella
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 230°C.
  • Roll out the dough to fit two lightly oiled 30cm pizza trays. Sauté the spinach in a large frying pan over medium-high heat until wilted.
  • Sauté garlic for 1 minute, then generously season with salt and pepper. Top the bases with spinach, pine nuts, and black olives.
  • Sprinkle each pizza with shredded mozzarella and bake until golden and bubbly, about 12 minutes.
