Transform boring sausage balls into delectable spinach treats that you can make ahead and freeze for later - a tasty crowd pleaser!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2 cups dry bread stuffing mix
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 0.5 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 0.25 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Combine chopped spinach, dry bread stuffing, eggs, Parmesan cheese, onion, butter, and Cheddar cheese in a large bowl. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes.
  • Spoon the mixture onto a greased baking sheet in rounded portions. Chill in the freezer for about 1 hour.
  • Let the balls thaw slightly for 30 minutes before baking.
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a large baking sheet.
  • Place the balls in the preheated oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are lightly browned.
