Turkey-Spinach Wraps

Quick and easy summer appetizers ready in 15 minutes with only 5 ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 4 flour tortillas (8 to 10 inch), any flavor
  • 1 cup Roasted Red Pepper Dip*
  • 3 cups lightly packed baby spinach leaves
  • 2 large plum (Roma) tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lb thinly sliced cooked smoked turkey (from deli)
Instructions:
  • Spread dip evenly on each tortilla. Layer spinach leaves over the dip, leaving a 1-inch border at the top. Top with tomato slices and turkey slices in a single layer.
  • Roll up each tortilla tightly starting from the bottom edge. Individually wrap the rolls in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, but no longer than 24 hours.
  • Prepare the rolls by trimming off any uneven ends. Cut the rolls into 1-inch slices and elegantly arrange them on a serving platter.
