Elevate your lunch game with irresistible turkey, bacon, and spinach wraps.
Ingredients:
  • 150g thin bacon rashers
  • 2 round wholemeal Lebanese breads
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 40g baby spinach leaves
  • 100g shaved turkey breast fillet
  • 73.13 gm whole berry cranberry sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill on high. Grill the bacon for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until it's crispy. Place on paper towels to drain and cool.
  • Coat bread slices with oil on both sides, then layer spinach in the center. Add turkey, cranberry sauce, and bacon on top. Roll up the sandwich and wrap each one in plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight or until ready to toast.
  • Preheat the sandwich maker until it's nice and hot. Toast the sandwich for around 5 minutes, or until it's heated to perfection. Serve and enjoy.
