Bake a creamy and cheesy spinach-artichoke dip in Reynolds Wrap® Pan Lining Paper for effortless cleanup.
Ingredients:
  • Reynolds Wrap® Pan Lining Paper
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup shredded pepperjack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup chopped roasted red pepper
  • Assorted crackers or tortilla chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • Prepare your baking dish by lining it with Reynolds Wrap® Pan Lining Paper with the parchment paper side facing up. Crimp the paper around the rim of the dish and set it aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, milk, and garlic powder until smooth. Add artichokes, spinach, cheeses, and roasted red pepper, and stir until well combined. Spread the mixture evenly in a lined pan.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until edges bubble and start to brown. Enjoy with crackers or chips.
