Effortlessly delicious naan pizza with spinach, red onions, and flavorful artichokes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (9 inch) garlic naan bread
  • 2.5 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 0.5 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 cup baby spinach, roughly chopped
  • 0.75 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 0.5 cup halved and thinly sliced red onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • salt to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and gracefully line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix 1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil with garlic and minced parsley in a small bowl, then brush it onto the naan.
  • Layer naan with a generous amount of mozzarella cheese, then top it off with 1 1/2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.
  • Combine spinach, artichoke hearts, onion, sun-dried tomatoes, and salt with the last tablespoon of olive oil. Evenly distribute the mixture over the flatbread, sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese, and place the naan on the baking sheet.
  • Place in the heated oven until the bottom and edges become golden brown, for about 10 to 12 minutes. Serve warm after slicing.
