Cheesy biscuits with three cheeses and Bisquick®, a spooktacular Halloween treat!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Bisquick™ Original baking mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
  • 2 slices ( 3/4 ounce each) Swiss cheese
  • 16 slices ripe or pimiento-stuffed green olives
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix baking mix and milk until a soft dough forms. Transfer dough to a surface dusted with baking mix and gently coat by rolling. Form dough into a ball and knead it 10 times.
  • Roll out the dough to a 1/2-inch thickness. Use a 2 1/2-inch round cutter to cut out circles, then cut each circle in half. Place the halves on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
  • Spread a generous teaspoon of creamy cream cheese on one side of each biscuit, then roll them up in flavorful Cheddar cheese.
  • Cut 1-inch circles from Swiss cheese slices and place them in the center of each biscuit. Top with an olive slice.
