Irresistible Caramilk block transformed into luscious spread with condensed milk.
Ingredients:
  • 180g pkt Caramilk chocolate, melted, cooled
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) sweetened condensed milk
  • 40.00 gm boiling water, plus 1-2 tsp extra
  • 140g (1 cup) roasted macadamias, plus extra, coarsely chopped, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine the chocolate and condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High for 30 seconds. Allow to rest for 2-3 minutes without stirring. Gently mix until the chocolate seizes. Pour in the boiling water and stir until smooth.
  • Blend macadamias in a blender until finely crushed, then gradually add chocolate mixture while blending. Continue blending until well combined, adding boiling water as needed to adjust consistency.
  • Scoop the mixture into a 500ml (2 cup) or two 250ml (1 cup) heatproof glass jars. Sprinkle extra chopped macadamias on top. Cover tightly and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
