Indulgent creamy goat cheese sandwich made healthier with spreadable hummus instead of margarine.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pieces Turkish bread loaf, halved horizontally, toasted
  • 100.00 ml Obela Sweet Beetroot Spread 375g
  • 30g baby spinach
  • 1 small avocado, sliced
  • 100g roasted capsicum, drained
  • 50g goat’s cheese
  • 1 green shallot, trimmed, chopped
Instructions:
  • Evenly coat each slice of bread with 2 1/2 tablespoons of Obela Sweet Beetroot Hommus. Layer with spinach, avocado, capsicum, and goat's cheese.
  • Sprinkle shallot and season, then cover with bread tops before serving.
