Vibrant mixed greens and fennel salad with tart cranberries, sweet citrus, and tangy dressing.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup red wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (10 ounce) bag mixed salad greens
  • 1 medium orange, peeled and broken into sections
  • 1 small fennel bulb, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup slivered almonds
  • 0.5 cup dried cranberries
Instructions:
  • Prepare the dressing by combining sugar, vinegar, oil, basil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Combine salad greens, refreshing orange sections, aromatic fennel, flavorful onion, crunchy almonds, and sweet cranberries in a spacious bowl.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently mix everything together.
