Festive white chocolate chip muffins with strawberry yogurt and sprinkles - the perfect treat for any occasion!
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup strawberry flavored yogurt
  • 1.5 cups self-rising flour
  • 0.25 cup white chocolate chips
  • 0.25 cup multicolored candy sprinkles
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin by greasing it or lining it with paper liners.
  • Combine butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in egg, vanilla, milk, and yogurt. Gently fold in flour, then stir in white chocolate chips and sprinkles. Spoon batter into 6 muffin cups.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the tops spring back when lightly touched. Allow muffins to cool before removing from the tin.
