Spicy, gluten-free snack perfect for beer pairing or adding excitement to your work lunch.
Ingredients:
  • 300g blanched almonds
  • 20.00 ml tamari
  • 40.00 ml sriracha
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180C (160C fan-forced) and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
  • Spread almonds in an even layer on the prepared tray, then generously drizzle with sriracha and tamari. Toss to ensure all almonds are coated, then bake for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until the nuts are dry.
  • Let cookies cool completely on the tray before transferring them to an airtight container kept in a cool, dark place.
