Spicy sriracha adds a kick to classic deviled eggs, perfect for parties!
Ingredients:
  • 12 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, or as needed
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha hot chili sauce, or more to taste
  • 0.125 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 pinch smoked paprika, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let the eggs stand in hot water for 15 minutes. After that, remove the eggs from the hot water, cool them under cold running water, and peel.
  • Halve the eggs lengthwise and transfer the yolks to a small bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork, then mix in the mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, dry mustard, and cayenne pepper until smooth. Season with salt. Transfer the yolk mixture into a resealable plastic bag and cut off a corner for piping.
  • Place the halved egg whites on a serving platter, cut-side up. Fill them with the yolk mixture using a piping bag and sprinkle with smoked paprika. Chill the deviled eggs, covered, until you're ready to enjoy them.
