Whip up delicious Vietnamese rolls with spicy Sriracha mackerel in just 10 minutes for a quick and flavorful meal!
Ingredients:
  • 2 Vietnamese Rolls or hot dog rolls, split lengthways
  • 75g mayonnaise
  • 250.00 ml coleslaw mix
  • 125g can Mackerel Fillets in Sriracha Sauce, sauce reserved, fillets flaked
  • Coriander sprigs, to serve
  • Lime wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • Spread the rolls with mayonnaise and fill them with coleslaw.
  • Finish the coleslaw with mackerel on top, drizzle with the reserved sauce, sprinkle with coriander, and serve with lime wedges.
