Try these delectable baked cheese balls made with Original Bisquick® mix and frozen broccoli, served with a delicious sauce inspired by Thai flavors. Perfect for appetizers!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, squeezed to drain
  • 2 cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend (8 oz)
  • 1 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions (2 medium)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and generously grease a 15x10x1-inch pan.
  • Combine veggie-cheese ball ingredients in a large bowl. Dampen hands with water for smoother rolling, shape the mixture into 1-inch balls, and place on a pan.
  • While baking for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown, prepare the dipping sauce by mixing the ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Remove the balls from the pan right away, and serve them warm with sauce on the side for dipping.
