Easy and delicious stained glass candy with chocolate chips, walnuts, coconut, and colorful marshmallows!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 1 (12 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 ounce) package flaked coconut
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) package rainbow colored miniature marshmallows
Instructions:
  • In a pan, gently melt the butter and chocolate chips over low heat. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then fold in the walnuts and marshmallows. Set aside to cool completely.
  • 1. Spread coconut on waxed paper. 2. Divide cooled dough in half and shape each half into a long roll. 3. Coat the rolls with coconut. 4. Wrap the rolls first in waxed paper and then in plastic wrap. 5. Refrigerate overnight or longer. 6. Slice into 1/2-inch-thick pieces before serving.
