Quick and easy classic American steak dish that will impress all your guests.
Ingredients:
  • 8 beef minute steaks
  • 125.00 ml brandy or sherry
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 252.50 gm cream or light sour cream
  • 48.80 gm Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
  • Sear the steaks in two batches for 1 minute on each side until they are beautifully browned and cooked to your preferred level. Transfer them from the pan and cover to keep warm.
  • Preheat a large frying pan over high heat and coat it with oil spray.
  • Add the brandy and garlic to the pan over high heat to deglaze it. Stir in the cream and Worcestershire sauce, and season to your liking. Simmer and stir for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Place the steaks back in the pan, ensuring they are evenly coated in the sauce. Gently reheat for 1 minute. Serve by drizzling with sauce and sprinkling with parsley, if desired. Enjoy alongside chips and salad.
