Quick and easy American steak dish, perfect for family and friends.
Ingredients:
  • 8 beef minute steaks
  • 125.00 ml brandy or sherry
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 252.50 gm cream or light sour cream
  • 48.80 gm Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
  • Sear the steaks in two batches for one minute on each side until golden brown and cooked to your liking. Transfer steaks from the pan and keep them warm.
  • Preheat a large frying pan on high heat and coat with oil spray.
  • Add brandy and garlic to the hot pan to deglaze it over high heat. Incorporate cream and Worcestershire sauce, then season to your liking. Let the mixture simmer and thicken slightly for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Place the steaks back in the pan, ensuring they are fully coated in the delicious sauce. Warm them gently for 1 minute. Serve the steaks, generously drizzling them with sauce, and optionally sprinkle some parsley on top. Pair them with chips and salad for a complete and satisfying meal.
