Ingredients:
  • 600g (3 cups) white long-grain rice
  • 750mls (3 cups) water
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, combine rice and water. Cover tightly, bring to a boil, then simmer on medium-low heat without lifting the lid for 15 minutes until water is absorbed. Let it sit off the heat, covered, for 5 minutes. Fluff rice with a fork to separate grains. Optionally, follow packet instructions for cooking. Serve with steamed chicken and wok-fried Asian greens.
